General Information on Returns & Exchanges
You can exchange your item for a different size or another product free of charge. Alternatively, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Please note:
A return fee of 6.99€ will be deducted from your refund.
After registering your return, you will receive a return label for shipping the item back.
Worn or washed items cannot be returned.
The item must be in its original condition and include all tags.
Processing your return may take up to 14 business days.
How to return an item:
1. Register your return in the Returns Portal
→ Use our Returns Portal to initiate your return.
⚠️ If you return items without registering them in the portal, we reserve the right to deduct an additional 2.99€ processing fee from your refund. Manual returns outside the portal cause extra administrative work and may delay your refund.
2. Use the return label & ship your package
→ After registration, you will receive a return label for shipping your package back.
→ Drop off your package at a DHL Packstation or branch near you.
3. Refund or exchange
→ Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 14 days.
